10 Signs of a Bad Restaurant

1. Upon giving you a rundown of the menu, your server informs you that they have several gluten-free and veggie-free salad options.

2. You are quoted a wait time of “20 minutes at most” and 20 minutes later you decide to just sit at the bar and don’t see a table open until you are almost done with your meal.

3. You have to bus your own seat at the bar.

4. You keep making eye contact with your server every time he walks by because you’d like to order your food already and he doesn’t get the hint till you literally grab him as he walks by and say you’re ready to order.

5. The calzone is so packed with ricotta that even a cheese lover is grossed out and won’t eat it.

6. The bar tender breaks the cork on 2 bottles of wine and proceeds to look you in the eyes as she loudly repeats “shit, shit, shit.”

7. The restaurant is pretty near deserted at 8 PM on a Friday night.

8. You pull up your Groupon on your iPhone and your server tries to walk away with it.

9. They charge you wrong.  And not in a good way.

10. You can easily list ten things that went wrong at the restaurant.

All of this is a shame since my pizza was actually really good.

But no pizza could get me to go back to this place.
