On Thanksgiving

November 26, 2011

I hope you…

Amazed yourself with cooking skills you never knew you had.

Oh you know, just rolling dough in my running clothes and an apron.

Laughed entirely too hard.

IMG_3419Eating cranberry sauce straight from the bowl is totally acceptable on Thanksgiving.

Or any day, if you ask me.

Got outside.

IMG_3392  IMG_3393 IMG_3395 IMG_3396 Just some hip stretching.

Ate food that brought an instant smile to your face.

Not going to lie, I’m not a fan of turkey, but my mom totally aced it this year.  It was really good!

Made room for your greens.

Then ate dessert no less than 3 times.

Oops, I missed a picture of that last slice of pumpkin pie.

Told your family you loved them.

Put your feet up.

And truly gave thanks for all you have.

What was the highlight of your Thanksgiving?

What was the best dish you ate?

LOVE all the photos! Felt good to have all the boys(mine and their buds) home and cook for them. Tried a cranberry salsa this year on cream cheese with crackers for appetizer, not that we needed one! Yummy way to get more cranberries 🙂
