Breakfast started out with the classic pancake and eggs.
Well I guess not completely classic since I tossed some chocolate chips in there!
For lunch a made a HUGE batch of Gulash. I have no pics so I’ll explain…
Macaroni noodles, beef, a can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce I LOVE this amazing combo.
For dinner I made steak kabob
The before pic…steak, mushrooms, red & green bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and pineapples
After pics…this dish was delicious!!! Nothing better to me then grilled pineapple and grilled tomatoes.
On Sunday I ran 11 miles…
(1.) 9:02, (2.) 8:39, (3.) 8:56, (4.) 8:39, (5.) 8:52, (6.) 8:26, (7.) 8:41, (8.) 8:43, (9.) 8:58, (10.) 8:49, (11.) 9:01
Not the best splits but I was just running at what my body told me to. Just bought new running shoes yesterday also. I’m really excited since I’ve never had a pair.
Well this is my farewell from the blogging world since Lauren finally comes back tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOO
I had a good time with you all.
Final movie quote (Very easy):
“Here’s looking at you, kid”
